Rustic Sunset Ranch

Rustic Sunset Ranch, LLC was founded by Cory and Stefanie Schmitt in 2021. Together they raise freezer beef, registered Texas Longhorn cattle, and laying hens on a small acreage outside of Stephenville, TX. They aim to produce safe and nutritious beef for consumers while providing the animals the best quality of life possible. They are committed to the health and welfare of their herd and continual improvement of the land in which they graze.
